| German Meissen Porcelain Mythological Figure Group, c. 1870-80. Venus and Cupid on a Shell, supported by three mermen on a waterfall. Blue underglaze Meissen crossed swords mark, inscribed 127 and stamped 70. Condition is magnificent. There are two minor invisible restorations, one to Cupid's finger and to a fern on the base.
